So my son just turned 1 yesterday and have been debating since starting this new blog on whether I want to post pictures of him for the world to see. I limit the amount of pictures that I post on my person FB page and have 3 of him total. I don’t know if its because there are so many people out there with possible evil intentions that I feel I want to protect him from prying eyes. I also think that in 15-20 yrs when he is grown these pictures may in some way affect him negatively. I guess with everyone posting about their lives on social media it has me concerned that I don’t want to over expose him and potentially cause him harm.
I am in no way saying that posting pictures of your children is bad but I think I am going to take the road of not posting pictures of him on my blog for my own personal reasons.
I made these chicken parm bites and they were a hit. They have frozen and reheated really well too. As with all other toddler recipes I have had to add some more spices to make it less bland so I added fresh garlic, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Hi I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Cindy and I am 33 years old. I work full time as an Engineer and my husband is also an Engineer (taking bets that my son will NOT be an Engineer lol). I am a mom to a beautiful baby boy who is just about to turn 1. I have had several other blogs where I posted about what was going on in my life specifically dealing with infertility and the loss of my daughter. I wanted to start a new blog where I can post about all things being a mom to a toddler and all the things that go along with that.
I don’t have an official blueprint but I am trying to follow some sort of game plan for my life according to my rules!!!

I made these bites for my son and he really enjoyed them for dinner. I made them in a mini muffin pan and froze the rest which have thawed well.
