Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi

Made these spinach ricotta gnocchi and they were pretty easy to make but my little guy was not a complete fan which was surprising since he likes pasta.  This recipe makes a bunch so I froze them after flash freezing.  I will try again maybe with some tomato sauce to see if he likes it better.
